Château Finegrave 2023 – Saint-Julien

The nose expresses aromas of red fruits, a very fine concentration. We find notes of ripe raspberry, small wild red fruits and more slightly – violet associated with a fine hint of zan and a very discreet hint of pepper. The palate is fruity and offers juiciness, suavity, freshness, suppleness, a little fat and delicacy and roundness. It expresses notes of blackcurrant, creamy / juicy raspberry and more slightly – small tangy red fruits, associated with a touch of blueberry, vanilla and a discreet hint of sweet blond tobacco. Good work on the good bitters in the background and chocolate. Nice tangy persistence.
