The wine has a ruby ​​color of medium intensity. The first nose expresses pleasant herbal notes of dried rosemary and thyme, combined with a hint of toast and fresh hazelnut in the background. The palate offers juiciness, an airy side and a fresh fruity material. It expresses notes of fresh red cherry, fresh morello cherry, ripe raspberry, red plum and blackcurrant, combined with touches of licorice, fresh hazelnut and white pepper. The finish offers a good bitterness, a salivating and vibrant acidity, as well as a good persistence. Tension, freshness and a certain concentration.Tannins are finely tight.
