(organic) The wine has a lemon yellow color of medium intensity. The nose is subtly vanilla and honeyed at the beginning. It then expresses notes of fresh butter, brown butter, toasted wood in the background, as well as floral notes of acacia, apple blossom, hawthorn, a refreshing herbaceous touch (crushed mint), a limestone touch and a gourmand and tangy fruitiness. We find in particular the aromas of orange juice, lemon, a flavorful and fleshiness of stone fruits (apricot, yellow peach, yellow plum). On the palate, the wine offers concentration, an enveloping but refined texture and first expresses the woody flavors: fresh wood, toasted wood, toasted hazelnut, fresh hazelnut, vanilla, a hint of coconut and brown butter. In the mid-palate, the wine offers the juiciness of stone fruits (apricot, yellow peach), tangines of citrus fruits (candied lemon, lemon juice, grapefruit in the background) and a refined floral scent (apple blossom , acacia). The finish is long, sapid, woody and spicy (with notes of toasted hazelnut and vanilla), but at the same time fresh, thanks to the salivating acidity.
