The palate offers uprightness, accuracy, juiciness and a good bitterness. It expresses notes of bigarreau cherry, bird cherry, blueberry, blackcurrant and raspberry, associated with a hint of blackcurrant leaf and wild mint. The finish is rather persistent and expresses fine floral notes (violet, cornflower), as well as a good bitterness of bird cherry. The tannins are tight and grippy, but balanced by a salivating acidity and the juiciness of the fruity material. Freshness and accuracy.
