Château d’Arsac – Cuvée Céline 2021 – Bordeaux

The nose is fresh, fruity, aromatic and reveals a certain elegance. There are notes of fresh quince, lemon and, more slightly, juicy/acidic nectarine combined with fine touches of lemon blossom and a very discreet hint of warm pine needle and a very discreet saline touch. The palate is fruity and demonstrates minerality, a juicy/acidic structure, gourmandize, fine roundness, smoothness, precision, clarity and fine roundness. On the palate, this wine expresses notes of quince, juicy/pulpy lemon and, more slightly, nectarine/juicy, combined with hints of pear and fine, almost exotic fruit and pine needles. Good length.
