The nose offers juicy fruit and a nice concentration. We find notes of morello cherry, red cherry, wild strawberry, crushed raspberry, red plum. The wood is delicate, melted. We also smell notes of menthol, dried mint, dried rose and violet in the background. The palate is juicy, airy and pleasant. It expresses notes of wild strawberry, red cherry, morello cherry and blackcurrant, combined with a touch of menthol and dried mint. The tannins are structured, fine, not dry. The finish is straight, tight and chiseled, but gourmannd, with a good bitterness of toast, coffee and cocoa. A vertical, well-constructed wine. Nice persistence on the chocolate.
