CHÂTEAU CANTENAC 2024 – Saint-Emilion Grand Cru

The nose is racy, it offers a delicate, frank, precise, silky grain and presents a fine, controlled power. It reveals notes of boysenberry, cassis and small notes of violet, associated with touches of small fairly ripe fruits as well as discreet hints of lilac. The palate is well-built, supple and precise, offering freshness, minerality, a lovely juiciness of fruit, silkiness and delicacy. On the palate, this wine expresses notes of juicy/pulpy cassis, small juicy/fresh blue fruits and small notes of lilac/cornflower, associated with touches of brilliant cherry, as well as fine hints of licorice stick, nutmeg and toasted hazelnut. Good definition and elegance. A silky, elegant wine, offering lovely persistence and gourmandise.
