It reveals notes of brilliant Bigarreau cherry, brilliant cassis and small notes of violet, associated with touches of crushed Garriguette strawberry, fine touches of small roasted-elegant fruits, as well as a hint of star anise, lily, fine hints of bergamot, graphene and a subtle, delicate hint of infusion. The palate is well-built, supple, precise, balanced, delicate, bewitching, caressing and offers gourmandise, race, roundness, plenitude, precision as well as a substance all in subtlety, delicacy and texture. Beautifully charming, airy and deep. A lovely, mellow, gourmand mid-palate. On the palate, this wine expresses notes of pulpy blackberry, violet and small notes of bigarreau cherry, combined with touches of small roasted-elegant fruits, a hint of blueberry, as well as fine hints of saffron (on the floral side), vanilla and fine hints of chocolate / toasted almond.
