Champagne H. Blin Brut Tradition

Champagne H. Blin Brut Tradition

The champagne has a lemon yellow color of medium intensity and persistent bubbles. The nose is ripe, fruity and gourmand, with distinct notes of aging on lees. First, we find aromas of ripe yellow peach, apricot, a hint of juicy pear and fresh yellow apple. Then, notes of brioche, lightly toasted hazelnut, yogurt, as well as butter appear, as well as candied lemon and citrus jam, associated with a hint of acacia and chamomile in the background. The palate is gourmand, fruity, with slightly toasted notes in the background. We find flavors of yellow peach, apricot, fresh yellow apple, as well as citrus fruits with a pleasant bitterness (grapefruit, yellow lemon zest). Notes of toasted brioche, hazelnut, as well as butter and white flowers (linden, chamomile), complete the bouquet on the finish. Good persistence, on a tangy citrus hint and a good bitterness. Liveliness and straightforwardness, a frank and chiseled champagne.
