Beautiful, fruity, candied, gourmand nose that offers purity and a certain brightness of the fruit. It reveals notes of jammed cassis, blue plum jelly and small notes of crushed strawberry associated with touches of fig, a hint of apricot, cigar/ tobacco and sweet spices. The mouth is beautifuly fruity, gourmand, spherical and offers an acidulous frame, tension, precision, a very beautiful definition of the matter as well as a certain richness but full of balance and mastery. In the mouth this wine expresses notes of candied cassis, crushed strawberry and small notes of redcurrant jelly associated with touches of apricot as well as a subtle hint of quinte, marmalada, discreet mandarin and slight hints of chocolate, sweet tobacco as well as a small vanilla hint. Beautifuly defined, aerial, round and all in gourmandise and flesh. A subtle power and a toasted/ torrefaction hint on the finish/ persistence.
