Cellier des Princes Vieilles Vignes 2022 – Côtes du Rhône

The wine has a pale ruby ​​color. The nose is fruity, with light notes of smoke and spices. It expresses the aromas of crushed wild strawberry, very ripe morello cherry, red cherry with kirsch, roasted red plum and a hint of black plum, as well as touches of black pepper, liquorice and oak (a very discreet note in the background). The palate is airy, fruity and offers lightness and fluidity. It expresses the flavors of red cherry with kirsch, morello cherry, crushed strawberry, black plum in the background, smoke and black pepper, with a touch of bitterness on the persistence. The tannins are very delicate, almost imperceptible. Good level of acidity and an average persistence
