The mouth is juicy, fruity, well-balanced and offers an acidulous frame, minerality, tension, precision, energy, harmony, a beautiful definition, a pulpy/ juicy/ bright fruit as well as a beautiful sapid/ iodine side in red thread. A certain roundness in precision and freshness. In the mouth this wine expresses notes of roasted-juicy cherry, crushed raspberry and small notes of creamy cassis associated with touches of cornflower, flowers, thyme as well as slight hints of vanilla, toast, nutmeg, beautifuly racy minerality and a hint of Zan. Good length. A subtle hint of black olive in the background. Racy and sapid tannins.
