The nose is fruity, racy and offers juiciness, a small freshness, precision as well as a beautiful definition. It reveals notes of ripe/fresh cassis, back cherry/griotte and small notes of fresh/juicy strawberry associated with fine touches of racy minerality, Cuben pepper and fresh liquorice. The palate is fruity, elegant, mineral and offers freshness, precision, tension, finesse of the grain as well as a mineral/finely acidulous frame. On the palate this wine expresses notes of ripe/juicy cassis, ripe/juicy black cherry and small notesof ripe/juicy raspberry associated with fine touches of fresh liquorice, nutmeg, spices, ripe/juicy small red berries as well as an imperceptible hint of violet (in the background). Tannins are beautifully fine. A very fine hint of chocolate/cocoa as well as an imperceptible hint of toasted almond on the finish/persistence. A very discreet chew on the finish/persistence.
