Casa Setaro, Munazei Rosato – 2022 – Lacryma Christi del Vesuvio Rosato DOP

The nose is fruity, precise and offers good definition. It expresses notes of fresh cherry, fresh raspberry and, more slightly, white flowers associated with touches of grapefruit zest and a discreet hint of mesocarp. The palate is fruity and offers juiciness, a tangy frame, tension, a certain precision, some fattiness and roundness. It expresses notes of pulpy/juicy cherry, pulpy/juicy raspberry and, more slightly, white flowers, associated with touches of bright currants, as well as fine hints of apricot and white flowers. Good length and sapidity/tanginess. A very discreet sappy hint in the background. An iodized note at the end of the mouth/persistence.
