The palate is lively, tangy, with a good bitterness of coffee and bird cherry on the attack, which are then complemented by notes of cranberries, bigarreau cherry, morello cherry, fresh almond, peppermint, dried rosemary and thyme, as well as sweet spices (cardamom, liquorice). Beautiful salivating acidity, the finish is chiseled and quite persistent.
