The nose offers power, concentration and deepness, a certain complexity. There are notes of dried fig, orange paste and small notes of candied quince associated with slight touches of zests, a hint of strawberry as well as a dicreet hint of spices and a hint of pepper. The mouth is beautifuly juicy/ pulpy and offers gourmandise, tension in precision, a beautiful balance, a spherical side and energy. In the mouth this wine expresses notes of dried fig, dried apricot and small notes of fruit paste (orange, strawberry, blackberry) associated with a hint of lemon paste. Good length. Beautifuly defined and gourmand. A slight tannic hint on the finish/ persistence. Beautiful persistence.
