Cantine Briziarelli – Rosso Mattone 2021 – Montefalco Rosso Reserve

The nose is elegant, concentrated in finesse/ precision, stretched and offers power in elegance and refinement, precision and a beautiful spicy side. There are notes of bright black cherry, pulpy/ bright small blue plum ans small notes of roasted-juicy small red berries associated with slight mediterranean/ aromatic herbs hints, balsamic, a hint of grey pepper and a subtle hint of camphor. The mouth is fruity, elegant, gourmand and offers delicacy, an acidulous frame, a slight straigtness, refinement as well as a beautiful elegant, aerial and velvet touch. In the mouth this wine expresses notes of roasted-juicy cherry, blue plum and small notes of roasted small red fruits associated with touches of crushed cassis, slight hints of smoke, camphor, torrefied almond as well as a subtle almost laurel tree hint and a subtle hint of toasted hazelnut. Beautiful harmony and delicacy of the tannins.
