The mouth is fruity, elegant, delicate, gourmand, beautifuly defined and offers a beautiful juiciness, brightness / purity of the fruit, a beautiful pulpiness in finesse as well as an acidulous frame. In the mouth this wine expresses notes of pulpy/ juicy black cherry, bright black cherry and small notes of cornflower associated with touches of roasted bright small red fruits, subtle hints of camphor, sage as well as a subtle almost bitterness hint and torrefaction (good bitterness). Sapid, elegant and gourmand tannins. Beautiful work on the good bitterness. Beautiful silkiness and delicacy.
