The nose is beautifuly spicy, aromatic and offers a certain fullness as well as a varietal side. There are notes of boysenberry, wild red berries and small notes of Madagascar pepper associated with varietal touches, slight hints of black olive, delicate vanilla as well as a discreet hint of nutmeg and a subtle hint of sense of place (local biotop). The mouth is fruity and offers juiciness, suavity, an acidulous frame, gourmandise as well as a beautiful delicacy and onctuosity with an aerial side. In the mouth this wine expresses notes of pulpy/ juicy blackberry, pulpy purple plum and small notes of bourbon vanilla as well as slight a hints of crushed/ roasted strawberry as well as subtle almost small blue fruits hints as well as a hint of tobacco. Delicacy and gourmandise. A small chew. Tannins need time to polish. A slight hint of chocolate in the background/ bitterness of the cocoa.
