The nose is fresh, aromatic and offers an aerial side as well as a slight intensity. There are notes of dried zest, physalis and small notes of saline minerality associated with fine hints of sense of place (local biotop) and a very discreet hint of butter in the background. The palate is fruity and offers juiciness, acidity, a nice minerality, a nice acidity, energy as well as an aeria and melodious side at the same time. Voluptuous but with energy. On the palate, this wine expresses notes of ripe lemon, acidulous lychee and small notes of tangy small white fruits associated with small touches of zest, kumquat as well as pretty hints of acacia flowers and lemon tree flowers. A mineral, full, aerial wine that offers a certain strength and delicacy at the same time.
