Blanc de Lynch-Bages 2021 – Bordeaux

The nose is fresh, fruity and offers purity, a fine crystalline character, some crunchiness and a discrete floral quality. There are notes of fresh/juicy peach, white flowers and more slightly crunchy pear combined with delicate touches of peach blossom, fresh mango and a discreet hint of exotic fruit. The palate is fresh, juicy, full-bodied and reveals a nice body, purity, acidity, freshness and minerality. On the palate, this wine expresses notes of full-bodied apple, bright peach and, to a lesser extent, mango, combined with hints of juicy/pulpy citrus fruit, as well as subtle hints of exotic berries, a hint of elderflower, fine saline notes and an imperceptible hint of toastiness in the background that coats the fruit.
