The nose offers elegance, fruit and depth. It reveals notes of pear blossom, crushed pear and small notes of acacia associated with touches of fresh lilac as well as fine hints of fresh butter and a discreet almost fennel seed hint / mustard seed. The palate is beautifully fat, round, fresh, beautifully energetic, dynamic and offers a flint / gravels side. On the palate this wine expresses notes of creamy apple, fresh pear, fresh pear and small notes of yuzu associated with fine hints of acacia, white fruits, a subtle sappy hint and a hint of butter, toasted or even brioche (but without heaviness). Beautiful persistence, slender.
