The nose is spicy and racy. It offers sense of place (local biotop / terroir), a hint of olive tree, rosemary and spices associated with an almost discreet cumin hint. The mouth is fruity and offers minerality, a fresh frame, straigtness as well as a tight structure. In the mouth this wine expresses notes of pulpy/ juicy blackberry, kirsched cherry and small notes of quite ripe plum associated with touches of balsamic, tonka bean and black olive. Chewy tannins. A subtle hint od rosemary/ sage and a slight chewiness on the finish/ persistence.
