The nose is finely reductive, very delicately smoky. The palate is dry, saline, mineral, with white and yellow orchard fruits in the background, very savoury, makes you salivate. A very beautiful, quite of a Burgundian style with elevated, zesty acidity and moderate weight. Delicious!
