The nose needs to be decanted. It reveals spices, cloves, ripe/pulpy black berries associated with fine touches of crushed raspberry, cloves, pepper and a hint of undergrowth. The palate is fruity, with juiciness, smoothness, a little freshness, minerality and a slight fluidity. Currently finely tight. In the mouth this wine expresses notes of pulpy blackberry, creamy black berries and cloves associated with touches of tobacco, spices as well as a hint of undergrowth and a subtle almost chocolated hint in the background.
