The first is a tribute to his travels, past experiences, and the second is an interpretation of Umbria. In a circular economy work, he draws from local suppliers to propose raw and fresh materials, above all, seasonal. A very valued wine list on local products, Italy and France for almost 300 references. Besides them also a rich selection of spirits as well.
