A complex wine, light and fruity at the same time . It develops aromas of ripe red fruits as well as blackcurrant, black cherry and blackberry. The finish is long and fruity.
A bouquet dominated relatively ripe red fruit (strawberry, cherry) associated in the mouth a few discreet black as well as elegant woody, toasted fruit. A good balance in the mouth.
An aromatic nectar, fine, fruity, round and mineral. It develops aromas of red fruits (including strawberries) and black fruits (blackcurrant) associated with a woody (vanilla, cocoa) fairly present. The tannins are well made wine but still win just 2 years old.
A wine of great freshness, mineral, round, elegant and fruity enough (especially pineapple, lemon walls, white fruits). A good sugar / acidity balance. Woody finals, including vanilla and a hint of brioche.
(75% Semillon, 25% Sauvignon blanc Ageing: 3 months in barrel.) A dry white wine with citrus nose with a touch of vanilla. The palate is round, fresh, with a hint of acidity that awakens the taste buds. It expresses notes of lemon, grapefruit and nectarine associated with a slight hint of almond.
