The first nose is discreet with some apple cider notes. The second nose is more powerful but still discreet with honey flavours. The mouth is fresh with high acidity and a little fizz at the attack. We do have honey, apple cider notes. The finish is salivating with a hint of salt. The end of the tasting is delicate with honey and apple juice.
