The nose is aromatic with notes of peach and roasted grains. The second nose is more mineral. The nose is very fresh, minty almost. There is some apple and pear also. The mouth is fresh and dry. We do have green apple and a hint peach. It is acidic and the finish is bright fresh with a touch of saltiness.
