The first nose is nice with some butter and apple, especially the skin of apple. With air, the nose develops with some lemony aromas. There is still a nice freshness, almost minty. The mouth is clean and clear with nice apple and lemon notes. We have even a little white pepper. The finish is clean also with a little bitterness and smokyness. It is fresh and long with lemon peel.
