The nose is quite discreet with some apple juice note. The second nose, with air, opens just a little about peach. The mouth is sweet at the attack and there is a nice definition of peach and grapefruit. The middle of the mouth is a little bit salty. The acidity is strong and refreshing. The finish is a little bit astringent with some lime peel note.
