The nose is fresh and fruity with lemon notes. The second nose opens more on yellow stone fruits some as apricot and juicy peach. The mouth is fresh also with a nice acidity. It is simple with a slight saltiness brought by minerality. The finish is salty with lemon juice. It is simple.
