The nose is aromatic and smoky. It is very fresh with minty almost feel. The second nose has got a little reductive note of apple. It is quite hard to tell the flavors. The mouth is dry, fresh and clear with apple notes and a little peach. The acidity is well-balanced. The finish is long with a little astringency. It finishes with peach and pear aromas.
