The first nose is discreet with lemon and white peach notes. The second nose opens with green elements but it is still discreet. The mouth is dry and fresh. We have some peach and green apple. A hint of apricot and honey. It is still delicate and discreet. The mouth feel is a little watery and the acidity is pretty high. The finish is salivating with a touch of saltyness.
