The nose is strong, different with sweet spices, almost cinnamon vibe. We feel also banana. With air, it is the same. There is a little meat juice note but also apple juice. The mouth is fresh and fruity with apple in different form like juice and purée. The finish is still fresh, almost minty with a little almond vibe.
