The first nose is discreet with some lemon and apple juice notes. With air, the second wine is a little bit more aromatic with peach. The mouth is dry with astringent feel at the attack. We have nice clear peach and orange blossom notes. The finish is dry with grape notes and lemony flavours. It is fresh, almost minty.
