The first nose is powerful with nice aromas coming from the barrel : vanilla and pine tree sap. We do feel some fruits such as pineapple. The second nose, with air, is still powerful but more fruity with some peach. The mouth is aromatic with vanilla, coconut and pine tree sap. We do have green apple, green plum and pineapple. The acidity is present but not too high. There is a good balance in the mouth with a saltiness in the finish. It is a nice wine in its style.
