The nose is smoky, austere with a hint of zan. It almost has a tarry, dark note. The palate is intense, almost bitter (nice bitters). There is a good structure with notes of precious wood and there is an imperceptible hint of curry in the background. We have a nice balance with black fruits and a pleasant light meatiness. The finish is long with a cooked, smoky side.
