The nose is well built, racy, good definition, with a nice racy and fine grain. There are notes of boysenberry, violet and slight notes of blueberry, associated with touches of nutmeg as well as fine hints of tobacco and star anise. The palate is also nicely structured, fruity, juicy, with a certain brightness and gourmandise. It expresses a racy, mineral and floral side. We perceive notes of juicy/pulp blackcurrant, juicy/fresh purple plum, and more particularly cornflower, associated with touches of nutmeg, sweet pepper and a small touch of cardamom. Good length. Mellow and gourmand.
