The first nose is fresh and delicate, aromatic with some flowers and white peach. The second nose opens with grapefruit and mint. It is quite delicate. The mouth is fresh, aromatic. We do have a nice definition of the grape variety. The acidity is nice, the mouth is watery. We do have some white peach and a hint of orange blossom. The finish is tangy with some white pepper and a bit of lemon peel. It is long and persistant.
