The nose is aromatic, spicy and toasted. There are notes of chocolate, clove and slight notes of wild blackcurrant associated with fine hints of undergrowth and almost an aromatic herbal side. The palate has minerality, fluidity, juiciness with a discreetly tight tannic structure. We have a stretched side with notes of blackcurrant, small wild fruits, cloves and small notes of undergrowth associated with touches of gray pepper.
