The nose is aromatic, airy and complex, with floral notes of violet, lilac, and plum blossoms. We also perceive aromas of crushed strawberries and, small notes, small fresh and juicy red fruits, associated with touches of fresh purple plum, a discreet sappy and almost citrus hint. The palate is fruity and flowery, fresh, with tension, a slight roundness and a slight fat. The structure is tangy, with notes of juicy and fresh blackberry, fresh violet, and lilac, accompanied by touches of pulpy cherry, small juicy and fresh red berries. There is also a fine note of saffron (in its floral side) and a touch of toasted/nutmeg. Tannins are racy and supple.
