The wine has a ruby color of medium intensity. The nose is perfumed and offers a beautiful concentration of fruit and juiciness. It expresses notes of roasted strawberry and raspberry, crushed raspberry, blackcurrant (even jam), morello cherry and red cherry jam, associated with touches of crushed mint leaf, liquorice and nutmeg (in the background), as well as a hint of dried rose and violet, associated with a subtle mineral touch of limestone. The palate is airy, juicy, fruity, with a tight tannin structure, especially on the finish. We find the flavors of bird cherry with a touch of good bitterness, morello cherry, red cherry, crunchy strawberry, cranberries and raspberry, associated with a refreshing herbaceous hint (blackcurrant leaf, dried mint, tea leaf in the background), a touch of smoke in the background, liquorice and nutmeg. The acidity is lively and salivating, balancing the tight tannins. Good length, a structured and fresh wine.
