The nose is spicy, fresh, frank, with a racy minerality. We discover notes of violet, more delicately of small ripe fruits, associated with touches of clove and a hint of pepper. The palate is fruity, fresh, with juicy and fresh fruits, a mineral structure and a slight patina in the background. The frame is rather tangy. We perceive notes of juicy and pulpy wild blackcurrant, small berries, as well as touches of tobacco and cloves up to subtle hints of spices. There is also a little continuity of freshness with touches of liquorice and toast, as well as a hint of nutmeg.
