The nose is spicy, aromatic, frank and offers a hint of volatile. It reveals notes of wild berries, clove and small notes of gray pepper, nutmeg associated with touches of roasted cherry, a hint of roasted raspberry and discreet hints of scrubland/dry soil. The palate is fruity, fresh, mineral, currently slightly tight and offers tension. On the palate, this wine expresses notes of juicy/pulpy blackberry, fresh/pulpy cherry and small notes of garrigue associated with touches of violet, bright blueberry as well as a hint of liquorice stick, fresh black olive and a subtle hint of sage. Tannins offer mellowness. Good length. The finish is a bit tight.
