The nose is fresh and vegetal with notes of mint and green pea sap. Little by little, we perceive a strong touch of fresh eucalyptus. The second nose is more fruity with notes of black fruits such as blackberry. We have a hint of coconut. The palate is fresh, vegetal with always this note of pea and eucalyptus. We have small red fruits like cherries. The finish is woody with minty freshness and a hint of cherry. The tannins are present and persistent.
