The nose is fresh and aromatic, balanced. We have lovely notes of grains as well as candied orange. We also have hints of cooked apple and small wild fruits. It’s quite delicious. The palate is fresh with an attack of sweetness, gourmandise and pear juice. We have a nice salivating acidity. And we find its notes of forest fruits. The finish has a very nice touch of crushed blackberry, almost juicy black cherry. The alcohol is well integrated. A very good tasting whisky.
