Straw yellow colour of great luminosity and brilliance. On the nose, very fresh notes of ripe lemon citron and grapefruit, concentrated notes that anticipate a certain juiciness and textural density on the palate. The sip is fresh, with intense notes of aromatic herbs, and concentrates with aeration on notes of Meyer lemon. On the palate it has breadth and fullness, balanced with a mineral vein that accompanies the matter along with a very engaging and satisfying acid verve to sustain the sip.
