The nose is fresh, elegant and airy, with floral aromas and some spiciness. It would benefit from being decanted. We perceive notes of pulpy cherry, bright red berries, and more precisely violet, associated with touches of bright blackcurrant, zan, as well as a hint of fresh tobacco and a subtle touch of clove. The palate is fruity, with minerality, freshness, suppleness, and a beautiful smoothness. The grain is racy and presents a marked minerality (probably from the gravel), with an airy and balanced approach. We find notes of juicy/tangy boysenberry, pulpy blackcurrant, and bright fresh cherry, associated with touches of violet plum, tobacco, cardamom, and a hint of clove. In the background, a discreet touch of mocha and a subtle note of delicate roasting bring delicacy. A floral wine on the palate with notes of fresh violet and lilac.
