Château du Petit Puch 2023 – Gravec de Vayres

The nose is fruity and offers a little textured side, a peppery side as well as gourmandise. There are notes of pulpy blackberry, cooked blackcurrant and small notes of pepper associated with touches of vanilla and roasted berries. The palate is fruity and offers minerality, juiciness, a little tension, accuracy as well as an acidulous frame. On the palate this wine expresses notes of blackberry, roasted red berries and small notes of crushed/cooked blackcurrant associated with touches of tobacco and clove. The tannins are a little tight and marked. The finish tightens.
